Who We Are
Lynne Fetterman is the founder of Simplified Transition Services, LLC, a Move Management and Concierge Services company working with the specialized needs of seniors and their families during life transitions.
Lynne has spent her life organizing and has a love for creating systems and efficiency. She places great value on the peace and relaxation that comes when things are in flow! She grew up with a mother who is an architect and interior designer, and a father who is a realtor and developer of both residential and commercial properties. There were always multiple projects underway, and she learned the value and importance of managing the details for happy clients!
In her work and personal life she has designed and remodeled both residential and commercial spaces, managed moves on both a family and organizational scale, and has worked with families through many types of transitions. She has an extensive background in Operational Systems, having run and consulted for businesses in a variety of industries, from travel to education and non-profits. She is a strong believer in the importance of community and social support networks, and brings her skills to families as a part of that system.

Bruce Rosard has over three decades of executive business experience. An entrepreneur since high school, Bruce started a business after graduating from the University of Connecticut with honors. The company became one of the largest ski travel companies in North America.
At its peak, the company had approximately 100 employees, worked with 100’s of vendors and tens of 1000’s of clients. Coordinating details and managing multiple projects was always part of Bruce’s role. Bruce sold his company and left in 2005. He then became Vice President, Sales and Marketing for a global leader in the travel business.
For the past 8 years, Bruce has been a mentor at Techstars, working with startup companies to help guide them as they begin their journey as a new company. He now has a successful consulting practice.
At Simplified Transition Services, Bruce heads marketing, sales and partnership development.
Mira Gold Hatland has over 25 years as a professional organizer, having owned and operated “Simply Organized” in Boulder, Colorado since 1990. Mira is well known her field and has a high reputation in helping to redesign, organize and relocate businesses and homes through out the country. Her experience includes relocating seniors; families and businesses; creating room designs and re-organization of physical disarray in homes and offices; project management, fund raisers and networking events, as well as planning and executive assistance to high net worth individuals. She delights in creating peace of mind and clarity for people in their work spaces and homes. At Simplified Transition Services, Mira lends her considerable expertise as a Personal Move Advisor and trainer.
